Douglas Ryden Photography provides clients with digital files of the images taken as per signed contract. Prints and albums are prepared professionally by an outside vendor and provided upon request. Images taken and provided by Douglas Ryden Photography are for personal use only unless otherwise specified in the initial contract. As will be determined prior to contract agreement and signing, certain advertising images are contracted for a limited time unless unrestricted use has been bought by client as spelled out in initial contract. All images taken by Douglas Ryden Photography are the property of Douglas Ryden Photography and can be used by Douglas Ryden Photography for advertising, display, contests, or other means of improving business for Douglas Ryden Photography. Any images which include identifying information such faces, brand names, company names or logos sold by Douglas Ryden Photography to another agency/company /person, other than the contracting party for which the images were shot will have to have the identifiable person(s)’ or owner(s)’ permission before such transactions takes place. Likewise, any images taken and provided by Douglas Ryden Photography and sold/traded by the client or other persons other than the controlling party of Douglas Ryden Photography is obligated to compensate Douglas Ryden Photography up to 50% of the dollar equivalent for such sale/trade.
